you can find the object that SSL VPN is using for ipv4 address here, but if it's giving u auth failed i'll go for a group / user / password issue try testing your user here and see if it success

Look in your Active Directory what groups do the users that can conncet belong to and add your user to this groups and just in case check if you have IP's in your SSL pool. What kind of error are you getting?

Update: i enabled log virus URI option in /diag page and found the file that was beeing marked as a trojan, it is an .ashx file. Sonicwall analyzed it and confirmed to us it was a false positive, additionally uploaded the file to virustotal and didnt found anything odd. So… right now the server is completely excluded from…
